Hello Michelle! Thanks so much for making a portfolio! 8D I'm Rachel, and I will be critiquing your avatars.
Let me first just say that I have been admiring your avatars from afar. I really like your style, and you're off to a really great start.

So much so that, while I usually have a lot to say and tend to tl;dr people out of their minds, this should be relatively short. :'D
• Avatar one:
This one is pretty neat! 8D The first thing that jumps out at me is the salon not quite matching the wig, so I would go for making the salon a little darker. The second thing I notice is the mariachis are layered behind everything. It's not a
huge deal in this because it's not highly noticeable due to the legs fading to black, but adding mariachis does not create instant shoes. :'D I really like the headpiece you created, and the makeup is simple but effective!
This avatar is very monochrome, and while it works, I would have liked to see another color in there a few times to accent everything. I think a ring may have been a nice addition, as well. But yeah, overall this is nice and balanced. c:
• Avatar two:
Teehee I really like this one. It may or may not be my secret love for UnicornVomit / Mythica wearables, or my love for horns.

Actually, I like the colors a lot, too, and I hate gold IRL, but on Subeta it's so niiiiice. *___* Plus the face is adorable. So yes I really just love this one. So the only critique here is what you might have added, such as another skirt under the maid one (archduchess looks nice, but then again it has straps), or perhaps a held item, but that might mess with the overall look. ;o;
PS -- if you're ever working on an avatar and feel like it's missing something, but can't think of what to add, try adding another color - usually small bits of it across the avatar. It'll work a good amount of the time. 8D
• Avatar three:
This one is cute, too! I really love the hair, and I envy the way those lips look. Nearly everyone else can use them correctly, but I can't. :'c The only thing that sticks out to me on this is the different black in the boots (the lighter shade) and the grey vest. I know I mentioned accent colors before, but grey and shades of black don't tend to make the best accent colors. :'D
The legs are much lighter than the top, and it does look fine! But if you were looking to make them match more, the Delish Bask Sheer Top may work, or one of the transparent halters might work, too. You could also just look into darkening the legs a bit, but they might lose their vibrancy.
SO YES. Overall I think you're doing really great!

You're aware of your ~weaknesses, and beyond that I don't think there's much else to say. I'm looking forward to seeing more of you!
